Breakfast Club

The Breakfast Club is run and managed by Send Church of England Primary School on-site Monday - Friday 7:30am - 8:30am. The charge for Breakfast Club from September 2026 is £6.50, which includes breakfast. Please note that advance booking is required on the arbour system on a first-come-first-served basis.

After School Club 

We are pleased to be able to offer on-site After- school Childcare Monday to Thursday 3:15pm until 5:30pm during term time.

The Afterchool Club is run and managed by Send Church of England Primary School. It is open to all current pupils of Send Church of England Primary School. 

Booking Procedure
Booking in advance is required via the arbour system.

Fees and Payments

• The charge for the Afterschool Club from September 2026 is £5.50 for a half session and £11.00 for a full session.
• If your child attends an after school club you will be only be charged for a half session or if pick up is before 4:30pm.

The charges do not include refreshments therefore, please provide your child with a snack for the club. Fruit will be available if for any reason you child has forgotten to bring a snack with them. Children will be able to refill their water bottles during the club.
Payments must be made via arbour or childcare vouchers. The school reserves the right to cancel the booking for any pupils where payment is overdue. Fees will be reviewed regularly by governors to ensure they cover the cost of operating the club and a two months notice will be given for any changes.

The Afterschool Club is currently registered to receive childcare vouchers from Computershare, KiddiVouchers and HMRC Tax-Free Childcare.

Collecting
When collecting your child, please use the walkie talkie provided in reception to radio directly through to the club.

Behaviour
The Afterschool Club prides itself on a happy atmosphere where all children feel safe. The club follows the behaviour policy of Send Church of England Primary School.

Holiday Club 

We are delighted to announce that we will be running a Summer Holiday Club at Send CofE! This is a fantastic opportunity for your children to enjoy a range of exciting activities in a familiar and safe environment, led by our own school staff. The club is open to current pupils only, (children in our current Nursery through to children currently in Year 6).

Dates & Times

Week 1: Monday 17th – Wednesday 19th August
Week 2: Monday 24th – Wednesday 26th August
Time: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm daily

What’s on Offer?

Our staff have a jam-packed schedule planned to keep everyone entertained, including:

• Creative Arts & Crafts
• Team Challenges
• Quiet Play & Games

We will provide fruit, and drinks throughout the day, but please ensure your child brings a nut-free packed lunch.

Cost - £30 per child, per day.
