About the Parent Teacher Friend Association

Welcome to Send CofE Primary Schools’ PTFA. Every family at the school is automatically a member of the PTFA and we encourage everybody to get involved as much as possible. Event Planning Meetings are held regularly during both the daytime and evenings, so please come along with your ideas and suggestions! All our events require volunteers in order to run, so any time you can spare is always much appreciated. Easy Fundraising

The easy fundraising app is a really simple (and free!) way you can raise money for the PTFA with no cost to you. Simply download the easy fundraising app and add Send School PTFA as your chosen cause to support. Each download before 31 October gets a bonus £2 donation on top of any other donations we receive when you do your normal shopping with the app enabled. (For those who used to use it, it's similar to Amazon Sile, but across loads of online retailers.)

Guildford Community Lottery

This is an exciting weekly lottery that raises money for good causes in Guildford, including Send Primary School. Play the lottery and support our School – it’s that simple! Tickets for the lottery cost just £1 per week. Each ticket has a 1 in 50 chance to win a prize each week, with a top prize of £25,000. That’s a much better chance of winning than the National Lottery! There is a draw every Saturday night. To play go to www.guildfordlottery.org and choose Send C of E Primary School under Causes.

Seymours Estate Agent referrals

Are you thinking of selling your home? If so, Seymours Estate Agents have agreed to pay our school £250 for every successful sale of a property which has been instructed by Seymours as a direct referral from Send School. The seller must be in some way connected to the school (a parent, grandparent, governor, volunteer) or directly infer that they have heard about the promotion from someone connected to the school (e.g. a member of the congregation of St Mary the Virgin or Send Evangelical Church, or just friendly local residents!). If you, or someone you know is thinking about instructing Seymours as their estate agent - please get them to mention our school!

Pre-loved school uniform

The PTFA have selection of pre-loved uniform (both donations from parents and unclaimed lost property) so if there is an item that you need please email sendschoolsptfa@gmail.com with what you are looking for and we will see if we have it available.
