Send CofE Support Fund
Parents often ask about how they can financially support our school over and above any normal trip contributions. We are so grateful for this kindness, and in response, launched the Send CofE Support Fund in April 2026.
To make things simpler for our families, this new fund replaces our previous Governors’ Fund, with one single, clear way to give.
Why have a single Support Fund?
At Send CofE, we want to provide our children with an education that is ‘rich and in all its fullness’. Your donations to the Support Fund allow us to do two vital things:
- Enrich the ‘Now’: Funding the ‘extras’ that make school special, such as visiting theatre groups, workshops, and subsidising coach travel for school trips.
- Secure the ‘Future’: Helping our Governors fund essential building repairs and capital projects. As a church school, these projects are only possible through the support of our community.
How you can help
You can make payments at any time and in a way that fits your family budget. We suggest a donation of £10 per term, per family, but any amount is welcome. For example, you could choose to donate £52 a year, which is the equivalent of just £1 for every week of the year! You will find the details and the option to donate on your child’s dashboard within Arbor.

Boost your donation with Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer, we can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give at no extra cost to you. You can Gift Aid this and any other donations by simply selecting ‘yes’ to the Gift Aid Declaration, which is found in the consents section of Arbor.
Important note for existing donors
If you previously had an existing payment set up for the Governors’ Fund (which was used purely for buildings), this has now been amalgamated into our new Support Fund. To ensure your donation can be used flexibly across all areas of school life, please make your future payments to the Support Fund instead.
Thank you for your continued generosity,.
Every penny goes directly toward making Send CofE a better place for our children.
