It is now at the point where there is very little grass cover left so we have ‘closed’ that area off in an attempt to allow as much grass to recover as possible. Ultimately, though, we need to explore a more permanent solution to the problem and have been looking at the feasibility of resurfacing the entire area in astroturf.
